The protection of your data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG). In this privacy information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

When you visit our website, your IP address, the start and end of the session are recorded for the duration of this session. This is technically necessary and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any harm.   We use cookies for technical reasons in order to provide our information offerings and services in a functional manner. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. For cookies that are not functionally required, we request your consent in the cookie window (Art 6 para 1 lit a GDPR).

Only if this is actively granted will your personal data then be processed. For cookies that are marked in the cookie window as functionally required, we base our legal basis on our legitimate interest (Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR) in designing the website to be user-friendly.   If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web Analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of your users’ use of the website. The information generated in this way is transmitted to the provider’s server and stored there.   Your data will only be processed if you have given us your consent to do so.   We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing.   Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized.

This means that only approximate localization is possible.   Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.   User data is retained for a period of 26 months.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection with regard to your data stored by us.
