Senior roles in marketing and sales at Unilever, McDonald's, ORF, Nestlé, licensing and merchandising

"Everyone said it couldn't be done. Then someone came along who didn't know that, and did it."
After many exciting years in senior management roles at Unilever, McDonald's, Nestlé, and the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF), I followed my urge for entrepreneurship. I got a classic trading company up and running, founded a start-up, and began my work as a consultant with a great deal of enthusiasm.
All of my activities are based on a clear strategy. My drive is to create something new, to actively shape it, and to lead it to success. Optimism, creativity, and curiosity are the drivers of my actions, both professionally and privately.
Due to my firm belief that companies can only be sustainably successful if they are market-oriented, I have focused my consulting work on the areas of marketing, sales, and service. My many years of experience in the branded goods industry have sharpened my view of customer needs, positioning, and developments, because without relevance, differentiation is not sustainable.
The challenge of helping to shape IQONIC fascinated me immediately. As a sparring partner and architect from the very beginning, I am convinced that only the pooling of know-how, experience, and creativity of entrepreneurs and managers at C-level leads to optimal consulting and implementation results.
This applies to strategy, project structure, speed, and efficiency. All of our concepts are based on insights into known and future customer needs. These must be addressed in a relevant way and lead to measurable competitive advantages.
Working on equal terms and with the knowledge and experience of people who have already done or tried things and not just heard about them, brings collective results that an individual could not achieve. And that is a great personal enrichment and increases motivation enormously.
