This was followed by a focus on management and leadership:

I built up the corporate client business of the newly founded WU Executive Academy, including the development of the CEE/SEE market. I then took on responsibility for group-wide leadership excellence in an internationally operating Austrian industrial corporation. This was followed by my role as Managing Director of the Hernstein Institute for Management and Leadership, with the mandate to modernize the organization and reposition it economically—transformation in its purest form.

These stages opened up strategic perspectives for me and brought intensive leadership experience with all its joys and challenges. “From practice for practice” is therefore an important guiding principle in my work with clients.

Co-founding a global consulting and training company for Modern Leadership led me into entrepreneurship and around the world. Working in Europe, the U.S., China, and South Africa gave me an international outlook—and showed me how valuable strong regional roots are.

With the boutique consultancy ayberk.co, I focus even more specifically on tailored solutions for leadership, organizational, and transformation issues. I call it “working in the engine room,” with a consistent focus on sustainable client outcomes.

Beyond that, it is a great pleasure for me to contribute my expertise in an interdisciplinary way within the IQONIC network as well—for genuine brand and business success.
