Eva Ayberk, M.A.
International leadership and organizational consultant, managing director of a renowned institute for management and leadership, developed the corporate client business of a well-known business school, leadership and transformation experience in sectors including energy, automotive, construction, IT, financial services, and technology, and author of a book.
“Transformation succeeds where leadership understands complexity, harnesses dynamics, understands emotion, and remains consistently focused on impact.”
I like to be where things are moving and where new things are being created. Experiencing the transformation in our world first-hand and actively shaping it has never been more exciting.
What drives me: I support executives, teams, and companies to remain capable of acting and to be sustainably successful amidst the complexity and dynamics of our time.
The most beautiful moments in my work are those when trust and openness become tangible. When I achieve something together with clients and business partners, when we can rely on each other and it is clear: sustainable success is only achieved together.
Early on in my family's restaurant business, I learned that customer needs are at the center of attention. This sense of observation and empathy still shapes my way of working today. After studying International Business Administration at the WU Vienna with a focus on finance and financial markets, I discovered my passion for customer relations and sales. A milestone: setting up the first virtual customer service center in Austria in the course of energy market liberalization. These and similar projects showed me: transformation only succeeds in the interplay of technology, business, and people. Leadership is the decisive success factor in this process.
This was followed by a focus on management and leadership:
I built up the corporate clients business of the newly founded WU Executive Academy, including opening up the CEE/SEE market. After that, I took over responsibility for group-wide leadership excellence in an internationally operating Austrian industrial group. This was followed by the management of the Hernstein Institute for Management and Leadership with the mandate to modernize the organization and restructure it economically – pure transformation.
These milestones have opened up strategic perspectives for me and brought intensive leadership experience with all its joys and challenges. 'From practice for practice' is therefore an important guiding principle in the work with my clients.
Co-founding a global consulting and training company for modern leadership led me into entrepreneurship and around the entire world. Working in Europe, the USA, China, and South Africa has given me an international perspective – and shown me how valuable strong regional roots are.
With the boutique consulting firm ayberk.co, I focus even more specifically on tailor-made solutions for leadership, organizational, and transformation issues. I call it 'working in the engine room' with a consistent focus on sustainable customer results.
In addition, it is a great pleasure for me to bring my expertise to the interdisciplinary IQONIC network for real brand and company success.
