Wissen aufbauen. Beweisen. Teilen.

I am curious, future-oriented, and enjoy working on complex challenges. With 16 years of experience in the advertising industry, working in Austria's most renowned agencies, I learned communication from the ground up. Today, I combine strategic thinking, product development, and artificial intelligence with a consistent focus on people.

I have been self-employed since 2022 and, among other projects, am supporting tv-media.at in a comprehensive transformation project. This involves the intersection of media, technology, and new digital ways of working.

In parallel, I have been working since 2024 as an AI Trainer for General Purpose, a London-based company specializing in AI training. My certification as an AI Manager according to Austrian Standards provides an important professional foundation for this work. The international perspective in AI work has significantly broadened my view on application, responsibility, and practice.

I am the owner of the HiVoice Academy and the founder of VOIZZ. VOIZZ is a mobile publishing system that combines social media formats with editorial control. It enables organizations to keep their own channels, their own reach, and their own value creation more firmly in their own hands.

At the heart of this is the question of how media structures in Europe can be shaped to be more independent and sustainable, without relying exclusively on large platforms.

Since 2025, I have been studying Educational Sciences to better understand the media usage and learning reality of the next generation. For me, pedagogy is a lived practice and not a theoretical concept. It manifests itself in everyday life and lifelong learning. In addition, I work part-time in an after-school care center and, as a children's mental coach, support children in their daily learning in a conscious and practical way.

My deepest drive is to build knowledge responsibly, to test it in practice, and to pass it on in a way that allows others to grow. Working with children and young people is particularly important to me, because this is where the foundation for future media and learning competence is created.
