It all began in 1998 in the advertising industry, where I was able to gain valuable experience – international right from the start – in a world that was very exciting for me. As early as 2000, I shifted my focus to "Digital Communication," as I was thrilled by the dynamics and innovative power of this discipline. When signs of a crisis became noticeable in the communication industry in 2002, I learned to improvise, to budget cleverly, and, above all, to persevere.

Due to the rapid development of digitalization and integrated communication, I was able to expand and advance my career very quickly and successfully. Quite early on, I took on leadership responsibilities – first as department lead, later as a Member of the Board (at the BBDO Austria agency), and most recently as managing director of a 60-person agency (DDB Vienna).

Parallel to this, I discovered my love for teaching. I taught at various institutions (St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences, Johannes Kepler University, WIFI Vienna and Carinthia, Advertising Academy), focusing primarily on digital communication and marketing.

I have been self-employed since 2014. My agency Sie&Ich (www.sieundich.us) is focused on strategic communication consulting, and here too, I primarily serve the digital field. I have had the opportunity to work with large companies on their digital strategies, as well as the chance to help shape start-ups right from the beginning.

Over the years, my working style has changed; I began to work more and more collaboratively with my clients and finally completed my training as a certified business coach in 2018. For me as a graduate psychologist, this was a back-to-the-roots development. Since then, I have been coaching individuals, companies, and organizations in Austria, Germany, and the rest of Europe with great passion.

In my one-on-one coaching, I focus heavily on the empowerment of women, and specifically on Female Leadership. This is because it is my conviction that our world will become a better place when women are equal in every respect, in all relevant areas of our society, and on a global scale. My involvement in corporates ranges from masterclasses on female leadership to customized workshops.

In 2023, my first book, “die Macht Zentrale. Ein Mutbuch für unerschrockene Frauen, die gestalten wollen” (The Power Center. An encouraging book for intrepid women who want to shape things) was published. Together with the podcast of the same name, it forms the basis of my vision to encourage women to live self-efficacious and self-determined lives. In the fall of 2023, the new platform leadhers+ academy was launched, a place where women are given tools to establish a value-oriented and authentic leadership style.
